Rose
Wanchap - Licensee & Principal - about herself:
My real estate career spans four
continents and 28 years. Aged 26 and a mother of three school
age children, I joined the Ray White Group in Brisbane, firstly
in residential then in the High Rise Unit division of Ray
White, Toowong where I achieved sales figures to substantiate
a position in the top 15 sales persons in the State of Queensland.
I became the owner and proprietor
of a Property Management business with a rent roll of 45 residential
properties and 4 blocks of units. I moved to California with
my three children and took up employment with California South
West Management for 12 months. and worked in the Algarve,
Portugal for 18 months selling Time Share. I was employed
briefly with a London Realtor during our five years of residence
in the UK.
Prior to opening Red Rose Realty,
I was employed with the Professionals in Byron Bay and achieved
a high level of recognition with consistent sales throughout
the four years of my employment with them.
I have been the Owner/Proprietor
of numerous business ventures over the past 30 years, but
this is the first time that I have opened a Real Estate Office.
The response from the public
has been overwhelming, in ten days, we listed 30 properties
and Red Rose was launched with a bang.
Oliver
Mc Elligott - Property Consultant - about himself:
I have
been doing realestate for the past two years but I feel it
has been going on around me all my life. Rose is my beautiful
sister and being as close as we are the jargon tends to sink
in. Rose is teaching me the business with all its wonders
from putting Open house signs up just after dawn to opening
a bottle of champagne after a negotiated deal. I am very lucky
to have such an accomplished agent with the upmost integrity
to be guiding me. She's the best and all who know Rose will
agree she is a great woman.
A little
about me- I have a Honours Degree in Zoology which i guess
is kind of useful in realestate. I enjoy working at Red Rose
Realty surrounded by family and friends our busy little office
often rings with laughter. Being an agent is very interesting
and an important responsibility people have great trust in
us. I also love community radio and have been involved in
radio for almost 20 years I currently share a show with a
friend on Bay FM Monday afternoons between 4 - 6pm.
It's gives
me much honour to do the "giving something back"
thing that 20% provides so much for people not only local
groups and causes but the wells we support in Ethiopia. I
think it’s very cool.
